Chirag Industries began with a simple belief: a good mattress changes everything. Better sleep means brighter mornings, healthier backs and happier families.
Today, Chirag Mattress makes a focused range of six models — from the everyday comfort of Easy Rest to the premium orthopedic support of Grand Ortho PT/AT — sold directly from our own store in Lingipur, Bhubaneswar.
We sell offline on purpose. A mattress is personal, so we want you to see it, feel it and get honest advice before you buy.
How We Make It
From raw material to restful nights
Every Chirag mattress goes through six careful stages.
Step 1
Raw Material
We source quality foam chemicals, fabrics and threads from trusted suppliers.
Step 2
Foam
Foam blocks are made and cut to precise densities for comfort and support.
Step 3
Quilting
The top fabric is quilted with soft padding in our signature pattern.
Step 4
Stitching
Layers are assembled and edges are stitched with strong tape-edge finishing.
Step 5
Quality Check
Every mattress is checked for size, firmness, stitching and finish.
Step 6
Packing
Packed hygienically and sent to our store and to bulk-order customers.
